AAC Autoclave is used to cure aerated concrete use live steam. These autoclaves are long to accommodate rail-car loading techniques and large part loads. LAXMI EN FAB PVT LTD is one of the few domestic Indian manufacturer & Supplier of AAC autoclaves for aerated concrete curing.

They harden the aerated concrete under steam pressure in special, sealed pressure vessels, the autoclaves, achieving its ultimate strength. The steam pressure is approx. 12 bar, the temperature approx. 192° C. the hardening time is between 10-12 hours. The boiler generate the steam and used for hardening purposes and transformed to these Autoclaves as ending process though steam pipelines. Autoclave, Boiler, pipelines are Insulated to get best efficiency, comfort environment for workers. The common fuel for the boiler is coal, wood, etc.

AAC Autoclave also use in cement sheet making industries. The steam pressure is around 7 bar for curing cement sheet.
